Western Suburb Personal Training

Hybrid Training

My Hybrid Training programs are the perfect blend of flexibility and personal support, giving you the best of both worlds with in-person coaching and guided online workouts. Imagine progressing toward your fitness goals with hands-on coaching each week, plus tailored workouts that fit your schedule, accessible from anywhere. This dynamic approach ensures every workout counts, with real-time feedback, weekly check-ins, and customized guidance to keep you on track. Whether you’re starting your journey or pushing for new heights, Hybrid Training brings the accountability and structure to reach your potential!

In Person Rates

For anyone who prefers a completely in-person experience without online training. Flexible packages provide in-depth, one-on-one sessions to refine technique, improve strength, and work toward personal goals.

Options include:

  • Single Session: $100 per session
  • 5-Session Package: $475 (equivalent to $95 per session)
  • 10-Session Package: $900 (equivalent to $90 per session)
  • 20-Session Package: $1,700 (equivalent to $85 per session)
