Happy Thanksgiving, fitness warriors! Before you dive headfirst into all things turkey, stuffing, and pie, let’s kick off the day with a quick and powerful sweat session. This workout is simple, effective, and will have you feeling like a Thanksgiving champ before the first drumstick hits the plate.

Here’s the plan: You’ll be doing a 10-set circuit of five powerhouse moves designed to fire up your legs, core, and arms—leaving you feeling strong and ready to conquer the dinner table. This is short and sweet, so if you’re feeling extra ambitious, go crush that Turkey Trot 5K afterwards!

The Gobble ‘Til You Wobble Circuit:

  1. 10 Jump Squats – Get low and explode up like you’re reaching for that second slice of pie.
  2. 10 Push-Ups – Because you’re strong enough to lift more than just a fork today.
  3. 10 Fire Hydrants (Each Side) – Engage those glutes and get that side burn. You’ll thank me later.
  4. 10 Glute Bridges – Tighten up the backside, because Thanksgiving is a full-body experience.
  5. 10 Full Sit-Ups – Core strong, pie stronger. Engage the abs before engaging the carbs!

💥 10 Sets Total – Take breaks when you need to catch your breath, but keep pushing. This workout is all about getting the job done quickly so you can enjoy the rest of your day!  Feel free to add a loop band to the fire hydrants and glute bridges.

Remember, it’s all about balance—work hard, play hard, and eat harder. Now go crush this quickie circuit and earn your turkey, your pie, and that glorious food coma you’ve got coming. 🦃💪🍂
