So I have to thank Joy (a friend and awesome client) for sharing this amazing quinoa recipe and introducing me to a pretty cool website I have never stumbled upon called Damn Delicious.
This dish is a high protein vegetarian dish that is super easy to make. I made it Friday and it took me about 25 minutes from start to finish. Joy found the recipe on Pintrest.
